  1. The purchaser, upon receiving the Voucher, declares that they have read the following Terms and Conditions, accept them in full, and undertake to comply with their provisions.

  2. The Voucher entitles the holder to use specific accommodation and catering services listed on the Voucher - available only for telephone and email reservations.

  3. The Voucher user is required to book a date at the Reception of Arche Klasztor Wrocław Hotel via the email address reception@archeklasztorwroclaw.pl

  4. The Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless it states otherwise regarding the validity period or other exceptions.

  5. The validity date of Vouchers is not extended.

  6. Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be used during holidays or special offer periods.

  7. The Voucher must be used once and in full; it cannot be split.

  8. The Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.

  9. After purchase, the Voucher cannot be canceled, and the funds are non-refundable.

  10. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław facility only accepts Vouchers that are undamaged. The original Voucher must be presented to the receptionist upon check-in.

  11. When redeeming the Voucher, the user is not entitled to receive change for the unused amount if the service value is less than the Voucher's value.

  12. The purchaser is obliged to pay the price difference in cash, debit, or credit card if the service value exceeds the Voucher amount or if the Voucher does not cover the entire scope.

  13. The identification number is located at the bottom of the Voucher. Each Voucher has a unique number. It cannot be changed and serves as the basis for determining validity and conditions of use.

  14. The Arche Klasztor Wrocław has the right to refuse to redeem a Voucher if:

  • the Voucher validity period has expired;

  • damage to the Voucher prevents reading the data recorded on it;

  • no prior reservation of stay was made;

  • Arche Klasztor occupancy is high or there are no available rooms.
